This youngest exhibition of the Považské Museum is located in the Rajecké Teplice train station. Created through the joint efforts of the Považské Museum and historical motorbike enthusiasts from Ariel Club Slovakia, it guides you through the history of transport from prehistory through the present day. The exhibition includes a model railway at HO gauge (1:87 scale) that represents a simplified version of the Žilina railway hub in the 1920s, which is bound to captivate the youngest visitors to the museum. There is also a three-wheeled handcar, a historical transport office and other exhibits for you to enjoy. The museum regularly holds events such as “Rajecká Anča” and “Mikuláš v Múzeu dopravy” (St Nicholas at the Transport Museum).
